Group Product Manager, Client Services

Maven Clinic is a virtual clinic for women's and family health offering on-demand access to specialists and care navigation.

Own the product strategy and delivery for Maven's custom client work, serving as the connective tissue between Client Services, Growth, and core product engineering. Build a principled prioritization framework for enterprise requests, manage embedded product relationships with key accounts, and lead one or more PMs to balance custom implementations with platform leverage.

• ·7+ years product experience with health benefits, payer systems, or B2B2C
• ·Fluency in benefits eligibility, enrollment, and data flows from employer to member
• ·Forward-deployed product experience managing external stakeholder relationships
• ·Track record navigating custom client work in scaled product orgs with platform discipline
• ·PM management or mentoring experience with strong data skills and funnel instrumentation
