Affirm is a buy now, pay later platform offering transparent installment loans at checkout for consumers and merchants.

Own the Card Acquisition roadmap for new growth channels, launching and scaling acquisition surfaces (referrals, partner pilots) to drive measurable cardholder growth and CAC→LTV optimization.

• ·4+ years Product Management experience with growth/distribution channel ownership
• ·Track record shipping consumer financial or regulated products with Risk/Compliance
• ·Deep expertise in experiment design, incrementality testing, and CAC→LTV optimization
• ·Strong UX instincts for moment-of-intent surfaces across web, app, and partners
• ·Data fluency (SQL/Amplitude self-serve) with bias for rapid shipping and iteration
