Own the full product strategy and execution for Asana's Resource Management platform, transforming it from a reactive tracking tool into an AI-driven agentic system that proactively monitors utilization, predicts staffing risks, and recommends rebalancing across enterprise teams. Define positioning, pricing, and market opportunity for RM as a potential standalone enterprise offering while delivering AI Teammates capabilities and enterprise-specific client management features.

• ·5+ years Senior PM experience scaling B2B SaaS platforms or enterprise work management tools
• ·Deep expertise in enterprise operations, resource planning, utilization reporting, or skills-based staffing
• ·Strong strategic thinking on zero-to-one products, pricing strategy, and open-ended market questions
• ·Demonstrated curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies with willingness to leverage them
• ·Outcome-driven, technically-minded, comfortable with engineering architecture for agentic systems
