Senior Product Manager, Agent Context

Asana is a work management platform that helps teams plan, organize, and track projects and goals across organizations.

Lead the Agent Context team to expand Asana's AI search and retrieval capabilities across the work graph, making AI-powered search, RAG, and knowledge extraction more reliable and comprehensive at enterprise scale. Partner with engineering, design, and data science to ship platform improvements that enable organizational memory and agentic coordination.

• ·5+ years product management experience in search, retrieval, AI, or platform products
• ·Strong technical competency translating customer needs into multi-year platform thesis
• ·Proven ability working with engineering on complex systems like APIs, automation, agents
• ·Experience with LLMs, RAG, search quality, or evaluation systems preferred
• ·Comfortable with data, metrics, experimentation to drive product judgment
