Own the 0-to-1 development of new payroll tax product lines at Symmetry, building AI-powered solutions that drive new revenue and customer retention. Work directly with engineering, compliance, and go-to-market teams to define strategy, validate market opportunities, and execute toward market success across a regulated, infrastructure-critical domain.

• ·6+ years hands-on PM experience with 3+ years building 0-to-1 products
• ·Deep product discovery skills and ability to navigate high ambiguity
• ·Experience building 0-to-1 products in highly regulated categories
• ·Built personalized products or optimized workflows using Gen AI/ML
• ·Track record building products at scale with demonstrated business outcomes
