Principal Product Manager, Reporting

Gusto is a payroll, benefits, and HR platform built for small and medium businesses to pay people and manage compliance.

Principal PM will own Gusto's Reporting product end-to-end across web, mobile, and embedded surfaces, driving strategy to deliver AI-powered reporting capabilities that give small business owners visibility into payroll, benefits, and spend data. Working with engineering, design, and data partners, you'll balance foundational improvements with AI-driven innovation while managing data infrastructure migration to unlock customer-facing value.

• ·Customer obsession with deep understanding of how small businesses use data for decisions
• ·Real AI fluency—actively use AI tools daily for synthesis, ideation, analysis, and prototyping
• ·Experience building AI-powered product features or working closely on AI product development
• ·Ability to drive strategy and own roadmaps end-to-end across multiple surfaces and teams
• ·Track record of shipping customer-facing value while managing complex infrastructure work
