Adyen is a global payments platform processing transactions for enterprise merchants across online, mobile, and in-store channels.

Lead Adyen's Identity platform—owning the collection, transformation, and application of identity data across the company. Drive adoption of identity data through downstream product teams, ensure data quality, and launch new identity-based products while navigating regulatory compliance at enterprise scale.

• ·10-15+ years of product management experience
• ·Proven experience building and scaling complex products on petabyte-scale datasets
• ·Deep experience setting vision, prioritization, and delivering measurable outcomes cross-functionally
• ·Track record influencing senior stakeholders across product, engineering, regulatory, and commercial functions
• ·Deep customer empathy with ability to translate technical complexity into clear value propositions
