Group Product Manager, Onboarding

Adyen is a global payments platform processing transactions for enterprise merchants across online, mobile, and in-store channels.

Lead Adyen's global end-to-end onboarding experience for merchants and sub-merchants, owning both customer-facing flows and API design while balancing seamless UX with risk, fraud, and regulatory compliance requirements. Drive activation and conversion through experimentation and AI/ML capabilities while managing a distributed PM team across Chicago and Amsterdam.

• ·8+ years product management with 2+ years leading product managers
• ·Proven onboarding, activation, or growth function experience
• ·Regulated industry experience strongly preferred (financial services, healthcare, insurance)
• ·Deep hands-on experience using AI tools for product building
• ·Highly analytical, data-driven approach with rigorous experimentation discipline
