CoreWeave is a specialized cloud provider offering high-performance GPU compute infrastructure for AI and ML workloads.

Own the product strategy and engineering execution for CoreWeave's Research Training Stack, delivering orchestration, evaluation, and iteration tools that enable frontier AI labs to build and scale massive pre-training and post-training workloads. Bridge infrastructure performance with researcher needs by evolving SUNK, building RL/RLHF pipelines, and translating lab requirements into actionable product roadmaps.

• ·15+ years engineering leadership, 5+ managing large-scale infrastructure at research labs or AI-native cloud providers
• ·Deep hands-on knowledge of Slurm, Kubernetes, InfiniBand/RDMA for distributed training clusters
• ·Background supporting frontier model research (pre-training and post-training) with understanding of researcher pain points
• ·Track record delivering mission-critical services on multi-thousand GPU clusters (H100/Blackwell/Rubin architectures)
• ·Strategic vision to define next-generation AI stack including automated RL loops and specialized environments
