Twilio is a cloud communications platform offering APIs for SMS, voice, email, and video to build customer engagement.

Own Twilio's global Product Catalog platform—building foundational data models, API syndication layers, and PIM tooling that standardizes how all products (SMS, Voice, AI Agents) are packaged, launched, and billed across the company. Drive end-to-end NPI processes, consolidate acquired product entities into a unified registry, and ensure billing accuracy while accelerating time-to-market for new SKUs globally.

• ·10+ years product management on APIs, developer tooling, or distributed backend cloud architecture
• ·Proven success building or scaling PIM, CPQ, billing registries, or multi-tenant graph architectures
• ·Track record defining NPI processes, managing SKU lifecycle state machines, streamlining commercial readiness
• ·Comfort working with principal engineers on database schema design, graph databases, entity relationships
• ·BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent highly technical background
