Senior Product Manager, AI Platform Management

GitLab is a DevSecOps platform providing source control, CI/CD, security scanning, and project management in a single app.

Own GitLab's AI Control Plane and foundational platform services to enable enterprise teams to safely govern, execute, and audit agentic AI at scale. Partner with engineering, customers, and go-to-market teams to build governance, policy enforcement, and compliance capabilities that address fast-evolving AI platform requirements.

• ·B2B SaaS platform or governance product management experience in complex technical domains
• ·Experience shipping foundational services with downstream integration points, not feature-layer work
• ·Deep knowledge of enterprise governance: SDLC governance, policy as code, enforcement, audit trails
• ·Fluency in agentic AI concepts: harnesses, context, tools, MCP, skills, agent identity, session lifecycle
• ·Working knowledge of compliance frameworks: EU AI Act, ISO 42001, SOC 2, HIPAA
