Principal Product Manager, Configuration Platform

Toast is a restaurant technology platform providing POS, online ordering, payroll, and marketing tools for food businesses.

Own the product strategy and execution of Toast's configuration platform, which powers critical business-data management (menus, pricing, taxes) across the entire ecosystem. Lead feature development from ideation through launch, working with engineering and design to build scalable systems that support SMB through Enterprise customers while enabling internal Toast teams to deploy configuration-driven features independently.

• ·8+ years product management with significant platform or infrastructure product ownership
• ·Track record delivering user-facing features in fast-paced environments
• ·Experience with APIs, data models, or distributed architecture systems
• ·Analytical rigor using data to make decisions and validate assumptions
