Product Manager, Risk Automation

Block builds economic empowerment tools including Square for merchants, Cash App for consumers, and Bitcoin infrastructure.

Own the strategy and roadmap for AI-powered risk and compliance automation products at Block, leveraging ML to increase decision quality and operational efficiency across global risk workflows. Partner with ML engineers, data scientists, and risk operations to design, validate, and scale automations that protect customers while delivering measurable business impact.

• ·6-9 years of product management experience with successful AI/ML product launches
• ·Strong technical intuition about ML models, training loops, evaluation, and inference constraints
• ·Proven experience designing and running structured experiments including A/B tests
• ·Familiarity with AI quality, safety, and responsible-use frameworks
• ·Experience with LLMs, multimodal models, or applied generative AI
