Adyen is a global payments platform processing transactions for enterprise merchants across online, mobile, and in-store channels.

Lead product strategy and execution for Adyen's North America payments platform, managing a team of PMs to deliver AI/ML-enhanced payment solutions for enterprise customers like Meta, Uber, and Microsoft. Bridge customer needs with engineering and commercial teams to scale payments offerings across the region.

• ·Proven track record leading product organizations at top-tier technology company
• ·Strong technical background; software engineering background strongly preferred
• ·Demonstrable hands-on experience with AI agents, copilots, ML model integration
• ·Prior fintech/payments leadership experience highly desirable
