Lead Adyen's North America payments product strategy and organization, defining the regional roadmap and delivering enterprise payment solutions powered by AI/ML. Partner with Engineering, Commercial, and customer teams to drive product execution and customer adoption among top-tier brands.

• ·15+ years technology industry experience, 8+ years senior product leadership role
• ·Demonstrated track record leading product organizations at top-tier technology companies
• ·Strong technical background with ability to engage in deep technical architecture discussions
• ·Hands-on experience leading AI/ML initiatives including agents, copilots, and embedded models
• ·Prior fintech and/or payments leadership experience highly desirable
