Staff Product Manager, Connections

Pinterest is a visual discovery platform where 500M+ users find inspiration for style, home, recipes, and more.

Staff PM owning Pinterest's Connections product area, leading how users connect with people and communities through discovery, messaging, and notifications. Will drive strategy, cross-functional alignment, and mentorship across the Connections PM group to improve retention and engagement.

• ·Track record driving engagement and growth through high-impact product work
• ·Experience setting roadmaps and building high-performing teams in ambiguous spaces
• ·AI forward experience with agentic tools for strategy, roadmap, and prototyping
• ·Strength in horizontal leadership and alignment across multiple product surfaces
