Product Manager, Enterprise Core Platform

Scale AI provides data labeling, evaluation, and RLHF services that power AI model training for leading AI labs.

Own the core platform foundation that all forward-deployed teams build on top of, defining necessary capabilities across infrastructure, auth, observability, deployment, and agent runtime before they can be reliably used in production. Sequence platform work against real customer commitments and delivery team velocity, identify patterns ready to graduate from field-built work to core, and maintain an uncompromising quality bar so customers trust platform capabilities without thinking about them.

• ·6+ years product management with meaningful platform/infrastructure/developer-facing product ownership at production bar
• ·Demonstrated record defining and shipping platform capabilities with architectural decision-making and production experience
• ·Strong sequencing judgment across competing customer commitments and team velocity with incomplete information
• ·Technical fluency in infrastructure, auth, observability, deployment, agent runtime architectural tradeoffs
• ·Extreme ownership, follow-through, and cross-functional influence without formal authority
