Senior AI Product Manager, Finance Agents

Scale AI provides data labeling, evaluation, and RLHF services that power AI model training for leading AI labs.

Own the Finance vertical for Scale's AI Agents team, building RL environments and datasets that train agents on real financial workflows. You'll partner with frontier labs and customers to define what financial tasks to model, source domain data, and create high-fidelity simulations of banking, PE, trading, and FP&A work.

• ·3–6 years direct Finance industry experience in investment banking, PE, trading, portfolio management, or fintech
• ·Deep understanding of how financial work gets done and workflows in the industry
• ·AI-forward thinking with ability to articulate AI's transformation of Finance
• ·ML intuition and understanding of RL environments and model training/evaluation
• ·Product or customer-facing experience with track record of owning outcomes and shaping roadmaps
