The role
Own the Finance vertical within Scale's Agents team, building RL environments and datasets that teach AI agents to perform real financial workflows. Partner with frontier labs to shape competitive product lines for investment banking, PE, trading, and corporate finance domains.
Requirements
- ·3–6 years direct Finance industry experience (IB, PE, trading, asset management, strategic finance, corp dev, fintech)
- ·AI-forward thinking with ability to understand how AI transforms Finance workflows
- ·Builder's mindset excited by ambiguity and creating new products from scratch
- ·Product or customer-facing experience with track record of owning outcomes and shaping roadmaps
- ·ML intuition and technical fluency around model training, evaluation, and RL environments
