Apprentice Product Manager

Pinterest is a visual discovery platform where 500M+ users find inspiration for style, home, recipes, and more.

This apprenticeship role focuses on supporting Pinterest Product Managers across high-impact projects by assisting with product goal definition, running experiments, and driving end-to-end project ownership. The apprentice will partner with Design, Research, and Engineering teams to turn ideas into product innovation while learning core PM skills with assigned mentorship.

• ·Non-tech background or non-traditional PM pathway (bootcamp, self-taught, no PM degree)
• ·1+ years professional experience with collaboration and clear communication
• ·Strong analytical problem-solving and data-informed decision making skills
• ·Learner and builder mindset with ability to quickly adopt emerging AI tools
• ·Currently legally authorized to work full-time in the United States
