Pinterest is a visual discovery platform where 500M+ users find inspiration for style, home, recipes, and more.

Own the Compliance product roadmap and tools that help Pinterest scale globally across evolving content and IP laws, building systems for rights holders to manage content at scale and internal workflows for legal reporting. Partner with Engineering, Legal, and Operations to drive key compliance projects that protect Pinner privacy, safety, and rights holder interests.

• ·3+ years product development experience at fast-growing tech companies
• ·Demonstrated passion for legal, copyright, or rights-related initiatives
• ·Proven ability to lead teams in highly collaborative environments
• ·Comfort diving into ambiguous technical problems with engineering teams
• ·Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
