Zscaler is a cloud-native zero trust security platform providing secure internet and private app access for enterprises.

Own the reliability, scalability, and cloud operations roadmap for Zscaler's ZIA/ZPA Zero Trust platforms, driving architecture to handle 1 trillion+ transactions while maintaining extreme stability. Partner with cloud architects and engineering teams to prevent cascading failures, lead incident response, and educate field teams on resilience patterns.

• ·12+ years cloud engineering, SRE, DevOps, or technical product management experience
• ·Deep expertise in network security: proxies, firewalls, TLS, PKI, HTTP/S protocols
• ·Proven experience with cloud-native services at hyper-scalers or major SaaS providers
• ·Comprehensive understanding of cloud architecture, clustering, cascading failure prevention, observability
• ·Foundational AI/ML understanding and experience leveraging or securing AI-driven solutions
