The role
Staff Technical PM will own product roadmap and execution for Scale's Global Defense business, designing AI-powered products for allied defense and national security workflows. Requirements
- ·8+ years in software engineering, ML engineering, or deeply technical product role
- ·Software engineering or ML background; master's in computer science or equivalent
- ·Deep intellectual curiosity about AI systems with experience training or evaluating models
- ·Hands-on builder mentality; energized by zero-to-one product development
- ·Willingness to travel to allied partner nations as needed
