Own strategy and end-to-end delivery for Asana's core planning surfaces (Pages, projects, list views, My Tasks) that millions of teams rely on daily. Drive multi-month, cross-functional initiatives that require coordinating delivery across multiple teams while balancing 0→1 experiences with deep improvements to foundational workflows.

• ·5+ years PM experience driving end-user features, not just contributing
• ·Shipped multi-month end-to-end initiatives requiring cross-team coordination
• ·Deep understanding of how large organizations structure work and workflows
• ·Systems thinking: reason about platform-wide impacts of changes
• ·Background in work management or mid-to-large enterprise SaaS a plus
