Staff Product Manager, AI Safety

Pinterest is a visual discovery platform where 500M+ users find inspiration for style, home, recipes, and more.

Own the product strategy for GenAI safety across Pinterest's AI-powered features (search, recommendations, moderation, content creation), building proactive safety frameworks, threat models, and evaluation metrics to ensure systems are safe, fair, and trustworthy at scale.

• ·7+ years product management with GenAI/ML, trust & safety, or responsible AI depth
• ·Strong fluency in AI/ML concepts including generative models, RLHF, and multi-modal systems
• ·Experience with AI ethics frameworks, responsible AI principles, and regulatory landscapes
• ·Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguous, high-stakes problems
• ·Proficiency in threat modeling, risk validation, and translating insights into product strategy
