Own the Sensing Resilience roadmap covering calibration scalability, multi-platform validation, fault recovery, and degraded system safety for Waymo's autonomous driving stack. Partner across Perception, Hardware, Systems Engineering, and Operations to ensure the Waymo Driver maintains safety and performance across diverse conditions and vehicle platforms.

• ·Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• ·4+ years of Product Management experience
• ·Experience developing and shipping products with sensing/perception components (cameras, LiDAR, RADAR)
• ·Ability to translate company-level goals to team-level outcomes and build cross-functional roadmaps
• ·Strong sense of accountability and ownership
