VP of Product Security

GitLab is a DevSecOps platform providing source control, CI/CD, security scanning, and project management in a single app.

Lead GitLab's Product Security organization to embed security as a native property across the AI-powered DevSecOps platform, reporting to the CISO. Own end-to-end product and service security strategy, secure design practices, and AI security governance while partnering with Engineering, Product, and AI leadership.

• ·Senior engineering or security leader with strong product engineering credibility
• ·Experience building, shipping, and operating services in high-growth SaaS or AI
• ·Ownership of security-relevant product architecture at scale
• ·Understanding of fast-moving product teams and feature delivery tradeoffs
• ·Experience leading global, multi-disciplinary security organizations
