Staff Product Manager, AI/ML Personalization

Pinterest is a visual discovery platform where 500M+ users find inspiration for style, home, recipes, and more.

Build AI/ML-powered personalization experiences across Pinterest's Home, Search, and Related Pins surfaces to help users discover and curate inspirational content. Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Design to define product vision, establish success metrics, and autonomously drive personalization strategy across multiple high-traffic product areas.

• ·Track record building and launching personalized experiences at scale for consumer products
• ·Strong understanding of AI/ML product development and ability to partner with engineers/data scientists
• ·Experience simplifying complex technical concepts for executives and cross-functional audiences
• ·Deep empathy for user needs with ability to turn data insights into features
• ·Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
