Staff Product Manager, AI/ML Personalization

Pinterest is a visual discovery platform where 500M+ users find inspiration for style, home, recipes, and more.

Own AI/ML-powered personalization experiences across Pinterest's Home, Search, and Related Pins surfaces, partnering with Engineering, Data Science, and Design to deliver discovery and curation features at scale. Define product vision, establish success metrics, and influence strategy to advance relevance and sophistication of personalization across Pinterest's core user-facing products.

• ·Track record building and launching personalized experiences at scale for consumer products
• ·Strong understanding of AI/ML product development and ability to partner with engineers and data scientists
• ·Experience in e-commerce personalization preferred
• ·Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• ·Ability to define success metrics, rally teams, and guide projects from ideation to launch
