Senior AI Product Manager, Healthcare Agents

Scale AI provides data labeling, evaluation, and RLHF services that power AI model training for leading AI labs.

Own the Healthcare vertical within Scale's Agents Data & RL Environments team, building realistic healthcare simulations and datasets that train AI agents on real clinical workflows. Partner with frontier labs and healthcare stakeholders to define what healthcare tasks are worth modeling, establish the data strategy, and create defensible products that teach agents to perform actual healthcare work.

• ·2–4 years direct healthcare industry experience in research, clinical operations, EHR usage, revenue cycle, or healthtech product
• ·ML intuition and technical fluency in model training, evaluation, and reinforcement learning environments
• ·Product or customer-facing experience owning outcomes or shaping roadmaps with technical stakeholders
• ·AI-forward thinking with ability to adopt and articulate AI's transformation of healthcare
• ·Builder's mindset with comfort in ambiguity and bias for action in fast-moving environments
