Requirements
- ·2–4 years direct healthcare industry experience (research, clinical, revenue cycle, or healthtech)
- ·Understanding of how healthcare work gets done and deep domain knowledge
- ·AI-forward thinking with ability to articulate AI transformation in healthcare
- ·ML intuition and technical fluency around model training, evaluation, and RL environments
- ·Product or customer-facing experience with track record of owning outcomes or shaping roadmaps
