Reddit is a network of communities where 100M+ daily users discuss, vote on, and share content across every topic.

Own the vision and strategy for Reddit's self-serve business products targeting SMBs, launching zero-to-one features to drive advertiser adoption. Partner across engineering, design, data, and research to optimize user acquisition, activation, and retention funnels through experimentation and market research.

• ·Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related quantitative discipline
• ·SQL, Python, and data visualization (Matplotlib, Seaborn) proficiency
• ·Experience with zero-to-one product development in ambiguous environments
• ·Product experience driving growth metrics across acquisition, activation, retention
• ·Experience with SMB self-serve business products and cross-functional project management
