The role
Own the ML platform infrastructure powering Reddit's ads marketplace, building tools and systems that accelerate how ML engineers train, deploy, and iterate on ranking and targeting models. Drive adoption of cutting-edge ML architectures and generative AI to reduce developer friction and improve time-to-production for high-impact ad products.
Requirements
- ·7+ years PM experience with focus on internal technical products, developer tools, or ML/data platforms
- ·Deep technical background with understanding of complete ML lifecycle: training, inference, deployment, monitoring
- ·Genuine passion for ML/AI; stay current with research papers, industry trends, and emerging architectures
- ·Ability to translate technical constraints into actionable product roadmaps and business strategy
- ·Prior experience as ML Engineer, Data Scientist, or Backend Engineer preferred
