The role
Own the ML infrastructure platform powering Reddit's ads marketplace, building tools and systems that accelerate ML engineers' velocity in training, deploying, and iterating on ranking and targeting models. Partner across engineering, data science, and ads product teams to define roadmap priorities, reduce developer friction, and adopt cutting-edge ML architectures including generative AI.
Requirements
- ·7+ years PM experience with internal technical products, developer tools, data/ML platforms, or ads/ranking
- ·Deep technical background comfortable with complex data systems and full ML lifecycle (training, inference, deployment, monitoring)
- ·Genuine passion for ML/AI; stay current with research papers, industry trends, and emerging architectures
- ·Translate technical constraints (GPU scheduling, latency budgets) into actionable product roadmaps
- ·Prior experience as MLE, Data Scientist, or Backend Engineer before PM transition preferred
