Senior Product Manager, AI Builders Experience

MongoDB is a developer data platform offering a document database, Atlas cloud service, and search for modern applications.

Own the strategic vision and roadmap for MongoDB's AI Builders Experience, building integrations, reference architectures, and developer tooling that make MongoDB the natural choice for AI-native applications. Drive product strategy by identifying emerging frameworks and patterns, collaborating with engineering and partnerships to ship capabilities that serve AI application developers.

• ·5+ years PM experience shipping developer-facing tools, integrations, SDKs, or APIs
• ·Hands-on ownership of developer-facing AI product end-to-end with shipped examples
• ·Working fluency in modern AI stack: LangChain, Mastra, LlamaIndex, RAG, agents
• ·Commercial/professional Python development experience; interviews may include live coding
• ·Demonstrated tracking of emerging AI tools and defensible opinions on which matter
