Staff Product Manager, Agentic Platform

Scale AI provides data labeling, evaluation, and RLHF services that power AI model training for leading AI labs.

Build end-to-end agentic AI platforms for U.S. government national security applications, including warfare scenario planning, intelligence analysis, and classified information research. Own product strategy, cross-functional execution, and government stakeholder alignment for Scale's public sector AI solutions.

• ·4+ years building ML-powered and/or enterprise-facing products
• ·Technical degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience
• ·Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and applications
• ·Prior military or government experience with high-ambiguity environments
• ·Coding experience (e.g. Python) and data analytics literacy
