MongoDB is a developer data platform offering a document database, Atlas cloud service, and search for modern applications.

Own security and compliance product strategy for MongoDB Atlas for Government, translating federal requirements (FedRAMP, DoD IL, NIST) into product roadmaps and driving cross-functional execution across Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Go-to-Market teams to expand regulated-market capabilities.

• ·10+ years product management with encryption or deep data security expertise
• ·Hands-on experience with FedRAMP, DoD IL levels, NIST 800-53 frameworks
• ·Experience working with security-focused engineers in diverse teams
• ·Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP cloud providers
• ·B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent technical background
