The role
Own product vision and multi-year strategy for MongoDB's distributed query engine and query system across the entire Query business unit. Lead cross-functional teams through complex trade-offs, shape the product roadmap, and establish pricing/monetization strategy while mentoring senior PMs and advising executive leadership on long-term business outcomes.
Requirements
- ·10+ years professional experience with significant leadership in product management for platform, infrastructure, or database domains
- ·Deep technical fluency in database query engines, query languages (SQL, MQL), distributed systems, and developer experiences
- ·Proven success delivering complex cross-functional projects and writing defensible multi-year business cases
- ·B.Sc. in technical discipline, Computer Science preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
- ·Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical issues to executive leadership and wide audiences
