Sr. Director, IT Product Management – Post Sales and Partner Technology

MongoDB is a developer data platform offering a document database, Atlas cloud service, and search for modern applications.

Own end-to-end technology strategy and roadmap for Partner Center, Customer Success, and Support platforms, leading a PM team to build AI-native solutions that enable post-sales organizations to operate at scale. Deliver integrated platforms spanning partner lifecycle management, CSM productivity tooling, support infrastructure, and autonomous AI agents while managing build-vs-buy decisions and cross-functional delivery.

• ·15+ years enterprise IT or technical product management experience
• ·Proven experience building and managing partner platforms across full lifecycle
• ·Hands-on familiarity with agentic AI platforms, LLM orchestration, and MCP integrations
• ·Track record leading cross-functional IT delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams
• ·Demonstrated hands-on PM: prototyping, requirements writing, discovery, and engineering partnerships
