The role
Staff PM will architect and scale Lyft's ad serving platform that delivers contextually relevant ads to riders before, during, and after rides. The role owns the core technical platform strategy, roadmap, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations to maximize advertiser outcomes and rider experience.
Requirements
- ·8+ years product management launching and scaling ad platforms from 0 to 1
- ·Deep expertise in real-time bidding or ad serving: decisioning, targeting, scoring, ranking
- ·Experience with yield optimization, SSP/DSP integrations, and advertiser optimization
- ·Lead post-launch optimizations and develop testing strategies at scale
- ·Define, analyze, and communicate success metrics across product ecosystem
