Head of Product - Business Lending

Mercury is a banking platform built for startups offering checking, savings, treasury, and venture debt products.

Own Mercury's business lending P&L and strategy end-to-end, building and scaling term loans, lines of credit, and next-generation products while leading a PM team. Drive originations growth while maintaining healthy credit performance, approval rates, and repayment outcomes across the full lending lifecycle.

• ·10+ years in lending or credit products, including significant SMB/commercial lending experience
• ·5+ years leading and managing teams of product managers with hiring and organizational design
• ·Deep knowledge of full lending lifecycle: eligibility, underwriting, decisioning, funding, servicing, repayment, collections
• ·Track record owning lending P&L and levers: pricing, credit policy, capital structure, loss performance, unit economics
• ·Experience launching 0-1 lending products in fintech or high-growth environments with bank/lending partner structuring
