Head of Product - Business Lending

Mercury is a banking platform built for startups offering checking, savings, treasury, and venture debt products.

Own Mercury's end-to-end business lending P&L and strategy, building and scaling a product organization that launches term loans, lines of credit, and future lending products while maintaining healthy credit performance and unit economics.

• ·10+ years in lending/credit products with significant SMB or commercial lending experience
• ·5+ years leading and managing product manager teams with hiring and org design
• ·Deep command of full lending lifecycle: eligibility, underwriting, decisioning, servicing, repayment, collections
• ·Track record owning lending P&L and levers: pricing, credit policy, capital structure, loss performance
• ·Experience launching and scaling 0-1 lending products in fintech or high-growth environments
