Senior Product Manager - Dashboard Experience

Mercury is a banking platform built for startups offering checking, savings, treasury, and venture debt products.

Own Mercury's Dashboard—the home base and connective tissue across the product—redesigning its core surfaces (Home, Tasks, Notifications) to keep an increasingly complex fintech platform legible and intuitive as the product scales. Lead end-to-end strategy, design, and execution of a multi-phase dashboard overhaul while partnering with Command, agents, and internal product teams who depend on these surfaces to drive customer intent.

• ·7+ years product management experience on horizontal/platform teams
• ·Track record designing cohesive dashboard experiences in fintech (bonus)
• ·Deep design taste; belief that how something looks/feels defines what it does
• ·Proven ability to turn ambiguity into clear point of view independently
• ·Fluency working with designers as peer; end-to-end problem solving autonomy
