Mercury is a banking platform built for startups offering checking, savings, treasury, and venture debt products.

Own the end-to-end business lending product at Mercury, from origination through underwriting and repayment. Partner with risk, data science, and engineering to ship a fast, transparent lending experience that balances approval rates with credit controls and regulatory compliance.

• ·7+ years product management or aligned experience, 2+ years in lending, credit, payments, or regulated finance
• ·Experience building and scaling lending businesses
• ·Deep understanding of lending lifecycle: origination, underwriting, servicing, repayment, risk and compliance
• ·Proven ability to ship AI-first, customer-facing products with iteration capability
• ·Technical fluency to partner deeply with engineers and data scientists
