Own the end-to-end vision and strategy for Mercury's business lending product suite, from eligibility through repayment. Partner with risk, design, engineering, and data science to ship fast, transparent lending experiences that balance speed with responsible credit controls.

• ·7+ years product management or aligned experience, 2+ years in regulated financial domain
• ·Experience building and scaling lending businesses
• ·Strong grasp of lending lifecycle: origination, underwriting, servicing, repayment
• ·Proven ability to ship AI-first products and iterate on customer-facing solutions
• ·Comfort translating technical complexity for engineers, data scientists, risk, and compliance
