Senior Product Manager, Ground Control Systems

Anduril builds defense technology including autonomous systems, sensors, and AI-powered software for national security missions.

Own the Ground Control Station (GCS) product line—Anduril's unified interface for commanding tactical military systems—transitioning it from fragmented, mission-specific configurations into a scalable, standardized platform adopted across multiple internal business lines and sold to defense customers.

• ·7+ years managing complex hardware products (ruggedized systems, edge compute, mechanical controls) integrated with real-time software
• ·Proven ability to standardize disparate, customized systems, resolve technical debt, and productize into polished solutions
• ·End-to-end product lifecycle mastery from requirements analysis through hardware sourcing, software integration, launch, and scaling
• ·Cross-business-line relationship building to drive adoption of standardized hardware interfaces while balancing competing needs
• ·Eligible to obtain and maintain active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
