Own the product roadmap for Anduril's workforce management and labor systems (timekeeping, scheduling, compliance tracking) serving 5,000+ employees across manufacturing and operations. Translate complex defense contracting labor regulations and stakeholder needs from People, Finance, Legal, and Operations into user-friendly solutions that scale with company growth.

• ·7+ years product/program management at high-growth companies (5,000-20,000+ employees)
• ·Proven ability to translate complex compliance requirements into product specs
• ·Strong stakeholder management across Finance, People, Legal, Operations functions
• ·Experience with workforce planning, scheduling, or HCM platforms (Workday, ADP, Rippling, Oracle)
• ·Data analysis skills and experience with AI-powered analytics and design tools
