Own the design and continuous improvement of Anduril's financial systems backbone (ERP, cost accounting, data pipelines) that enable fast-scaling manufacturing to move with software startup speed. Lead cross-functional projects translating messy operational requirements into auditable, automated finance workflows that support growth from current state through next order of magnitude.

• ·12+ years in finance systems, ERP, or technical accounting with hands-on platform ownership
• ·5+ years managing product managers or business system analysts
• ·End-to-end finance solutions design experience (requirements through deployment and adoption)
• ·Strong accounting fundamentals: general ledger, cost accounting, revenue, monthly close mechanics
• ·SQL or equivalent data fluency; comfort reasoning about data models, reconciliations, controls
