Staff Product Manager, Games Ecosystem

Reddit is a network of communities where 100M+ daily users discuss, vote on, and share content across every topic.

Lead product strategy for Reddit's Games Ecosystem, defining how games integrate into communities and the creator platform while building features, tools, and programs that help players discover games, communities deepen engagement, and developers create Reddit-native experiences with reduced friction.

• ·Experience leading product strategy in games, communities, creator ecosystems, or developer platforms
• ·Strong product sense for what makes games and communities compelling and social
• ·Ability to reason across multiple ecosystem sides: players, creators, developers, moderators, partners
• ·Comfort with both consumer product and technical platform questions
• ·Experience using qualitative and quantitative evidence to identify opportunities and prioritize investments
