Senior Director of Product, Ads Platform

Reddit is a network of communities where 100M+ daily users discuss, vote on, and share content across every topic.

Lead end-to-end Ads Platform product strategy and execution, owning advertiser-facing interfaces (campaign management, business suite, API) that enable brands to build, manage, and measure campaigns on Reddit. Drive transformation toward agentic platform with ML/automation while scaling PM team and aligning cross-functional delivery.

• ·10+ years experience with scaled Ad Platforms/Systems
• ·Proven track record managing and scaling PM teams of 10+
• ·Experience building and scaling consumer and/or Ads products
• ·CS degree or previous Software Engineer experience (preferred)
• ·Deep understanding of LLMs and ML-driven recommendations (preferred)
