Checkr is a background screening platform using AI to make hiring faster, fairer, and more compliant for enterprise employers.

Own the strategy and roadmap for Checkr's Identity Risk & Hiring Fraud Solutions, building dashboard products, APIs, and partner integrations to prevent fraud across the hiring lifecycle. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams to ship scalable, market-leading products that validate identity seamlessly while protecting organizations from synthetic identities and credential forgery.

• ·7+ years product management building risk, fraud prevention, and identity verification products
• ·Strong expertise in fraud detection frameworks, threat modeling, risk scoring, and anomaly detection
• ·Deep understanding of recruiting ecosystems, ATS systems, workflows, and hiring compliance
• ·Proven ability to build scalable, extensible platforms addressing evolving fraud threats
• ·Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
