Own strategy and roadmap for Drug & Occupational Health testing verification services, partnering with Engineering, Operations, and GTM to improve accuracy, speed, and candidate experience while driving revenue and profitability outcomes.

• ·5+ years product management with strategy and roadmap ownership
• ·Deep fluency with data analytics; comfortable defining metrics like attach rate, conversion rate, RPR
• ·Comfortable partnering with engineering on technical trade-offs and API/platform decisions
• ·Strong customer discovery instincts paired with GTM and research input
• ·Proven ability to write PRDs and specs independently without manager guidance
