Senior Staff Product Manager, Fraud Hiring Solutions

Checkr is a background screening platform using AI to make hiring faster, fairer, and more compliant for enterprise employers.

Own the strategy and roadmap for Checkr's Identity Risk & Hiring Fraud Solutions, building products that prevent AI-driven fraud in hiring while maintaining seamless candidate experience. Partner with engineering, GTM, and customers to ship market-leading fraud detection capabilities across dashboards, APIs, and partner integrations.

• ·9+ years product management experience building fraud prevention and identity verification products
• ·Strong expertise in fraud detection frameworks, threat modeling, risk scoring, and anomaly detection
• ·Deep understanding of recruiting ecosystems, ATS systems, and hiring compliance requirements
• ·Proven ability to engage in deep technical discussions on system architecture, AI models, and data infrastructure
• ·Demonstrated ability to build scalable platforms addressing evolving threats, not one-off solutions
