Senior Manager, Product Operation - CPQ Strategy & Operations (Night Shift 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST)

Rubrik is a cloud data management and ransomware recovery platform protecting enterprise data across hybrid environments.

Own the strategic vision and multi-year roadmap for Rubrik's Salesforce CPQ platform and Quote-to-Cash ecosystem, ensuring scalability across Sales, Finance, and Product organizations. Lead a team of business analysts to define operating models, architect CPQ solutions for new product launches, and drive organizational adoption of systems and processes that improve sales velocity and deal cycle time.

• ·8+ years in Sales/Revenue/Deal Operations with deep CPQ strategy and Quote-to-Cash transformation expertise
• ·Demonstrated ability to build and scale CPQ platforms in high-growth SaaS environments
• ·Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) with architectural direction capability
• ·Proven track record leading large-scale systems and process transformation across Sales, Finance, Legal, IT, Product
• ·6+ years people management experience leading managers and senior-calibre teams in scaling environments
