Rubrik is a cloud data management and ransomware recovery platform protecting enterprise data across hybrid environments.

Own the multi-year product strategy and execution for Rubrik's Identity Resilience portfolio, defining how enterprises secure, audit, and recover identity infrastructure (Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, etc.). Partner with engineering, design, and GTM to transform identity protection into a market-leading, multi-million dollar business line.

• ·8+ years B2B enterprise software PM experience, preferably cybersecurity/IAM/cloud infrastructure
• ·Proven track record taking enterprise security products from 0-to-1 to product-market fit and scale
• ·Navigate extreme ambiguity, distill complex system architectures into phased product milestones
• ·Exceptional cross-functional influence and stakeholder management at director level without direct authority
• ·Strong pre- and post-sales customer engagement, comfortable leading technical deep-dives with enterprise security buyers
