Director, Product Management- Data Threat Analytics

Rubrik is a cloud data management and ransomware recovery platform protecting enterprise data across hybrid environments.

Director of Product Management leading the Data Threat Analytics product area, owning anomaly detection, threat hunting, sensitive data discovery, and recovery-first cyber resilience outcomes across hybrid and cloud environments. Will build and scale a PM team while aligning product, engineering, data science, and security research to ship detection-driven products that address ransomware and cloud security threats.

• ·10-15 years product management, 5+ years managing PMs
• ·Experience with CSPM, CDR, or DSPM products
• ·Deep understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP, identity services, or SaaS
• ·Track record shipping enterprise products to Global 2000 companies
• ·Experience building analytics-heavy or detection-driven products at scale
