Own the end-to-end claims product experience at Lyft, from accident reporting through driver return-to-road, leveraging ML/AI and telematics data to optimize a multi-billion dollar P&L. Drive strategic partnerships with insurance carriers and shape the long-term structure of Lyft's insurance program.
