Own the end-to-end claims process product experience at Lyft, including accident reporting, internal record updates, and insurance partner integrations. Drive multi-billion dollar P&L impact through ML/AI-powered improvements to claims accuracy and speed while shaping Lyft's long-term insurance program structure with industry partners.
